Grinding for LB points.
Hello,
I want to max my Lightbringer title, that's why I'm looking for a LB-points farm run, which I should be able to do with heroes (so not DoA). My current Lightbringer rank is (4) with exactly 6000 points. If anyone could point out some kind of run, or an area where I could grind for these points, I'd be very thankful. |

From Ruins of Sahlahja, in HM.
Two quest open, don't recall their current names, but on wiki if u look up lightbringer, you get it all served neat and nicely. Plenty of groups to join, jump in and go farm. /Santa |

Yeah, get the quests "A Show of Force" and "Requim for a Brain" and do the run out of Sahlajah in HM - it nets you about 1,800 LB points per hour. Or you can just go to the Remains of Sahlajah and group up with others that have the quests active (Lots of people doing it.). You spend the entire run in a Wurm, so it's really, really, hard for anyone to mess it up. Most people form 5- or 6- person groups to do the run. (In my experience, you'll get better drops doing it with real people.)

Well, for those that haven't made it to Torment yet ...
There's the elementals outside Dzagonur Bastion, takes about 20 minutes to get ~80 points. Spent about 10 days getting my W/Mo up to rank 6 on my 1st NF play-through that way; man, that got really old fast. But for about 3 or 4 days during it, I was getting a gold drop every other trip out, it seemed. In Torment, outside the Gate of Secrets iirc, is that big building crawling with Margos - ~370-380 points for clearing that (takes about 45 minutes), ~440 if you clear the Margos in the areas n/nw as well. |

For a ranger primary, or perhaps even a group of secondary rangers, trapping the almost infinite waves of Stygians in the Stygian Veil in Normal Mode can bring in fast and relatively easy Light Bringer points.
Have a look on the builds forum for the Solo Stygian Trapper builds to get the location and method. It used to be a fairly profitable solo farm for items, stygian gems and cash too, but I don't think it is worthwhile now for that purpose. |

In stygian veil there are just as many monsters for the same thing in HM but you get 3x the points, but you have to go in a group. And there is a limit on the number of groups, I think there are four waves of four groups.
